Have fun tonight and party your butt off,

but beware of machete-wielding killers named…

Alex!!!!!!

UPDATE: To tear you away from candy and trick-or-treaters for a moment, reporter/blogger Josh Skinner (who did a great interview with Alex soon after he entered the Dream House) is conducting an informal survey to find out what the public’s favorite American Idol single is. Good news? Alex’s “I Didn’t Know” qualifies. Bad news? We only have till the end of today left to vote!

You can let Josh know that your favorite American Idol single is “I Didn’t Know” by Alex Lambert by tweeting @joshskinner, sending an e-mail to josh@withjosh.com, or leaving a comment on this post on his site (watch the video to see the original question). Better yet, do all three – each method will count as one vote, so if you tweet, e-mail and post a comment, that’s three votes per person!

UPDATE #2: Josh has tweeted: “Voting is heating up between @TrueAlexLambert fans & the @DavidArchie fans for best Idol radio single. SO MANY VOTES!” Looks like we have a competition here folks! Still time to get those three votes in! And yes, Josh confirmed that “I Didn’t Know” counts, even if it is was not officially released as a radio single.

    Happy Halloween everybody!!

  2. Molly, how in the world did you get this picture!?? :wassat: :cheerful:
Happy Halloween everyone, and Alex.

  3. Happy Halloween, Everyone!!

  4. Done and done! Happy Halloweenie everybody!!!

  5. Thanks for all who have participated in the poll thus far at withjosh.com via the website and twitter. Y’all are the best peeps around. “I Didn’t Know” is the best AI single by far. I swear that I can play that song on a continuous loop and never tire of it. That’s when I know it’s a great one!
Have a safe and happy Halloween!

  6. C’mon Molly, where did you get that pic? YIKES!

I decided I had to listen to Crush since the race seems to be neck-in-neck between that song and IDK. It’s okay. There’s no doubt that Archie can sing. Call me biased, but it was just boring compared to IDK. I’m calling it a win right now for Alex due to the fact that HIS song hasn’t even been officially released or played on the radio. A lot of the voters don’t even know that they can vote for it. Unless, of course, you’re a diehard Alex Addict like us. So, the fact that Alex is even in the running I consider a victory. Wow! Just look how far he’s come. I still hope he wins, but as I said, in my eyes, he already did.

Happy Halloween all. No trick or treaters around here. It sucks. Now, I’ll have to eat all the candy that I buy “just in case” every year by myself.

  7. I know Janet, I am not used to not havng any trick or treaters…this year I didnt even buy candy (now I will prolly get bombarded) Its makes me sad because halloween is probably my favorite time of year….enough of my sob story.

I agree about Alex already winning, to not have any official radio play, and to be in the running says so much about him…Pretty cool!

  8. Wow, can’t believe that you guys have no trick or treaters. We get tons. I have to buy a lot of candy. I tell some of my favorite kids to come back at the end of the night. I give them whatever is left. I don’t want ANY leftovers.

  9. Aww thats so cool, Cathy. I had tons in San Diego, but since we moved here to MS we are kinda out in the country and the houses are really spread apart. I am going through withdrawls :cwy:

Totally agree Janet!! How awesome and amazing is it that Alex’s song has not actually been on the radio, but the race is so close between him and Archie! Incredible, just shows how talented he is.

And same thing here, we buy candy every year just in case, and only like 10 kids show up all day! So much candy left over, lol  . Not many kids around my neighborhood

  11. We had tons of kids. They trick or treated last night.
I love the background on this site. It is so festive! Every day I come here, the site looks better and better. Great job guys!
I’m looking forward to seeing Alex on DFTL Tuesday.
I Love my sweatshirt from the Alex Lambert store. I think I need another one!

    Happy Halloween everybody!!

Neither have I seen a psycho killer with such adorable eyes! I can almost literally see his sweet sweet dimples through the mask! That boy is obviously trying not to laugh.

haha! Yeah – you can tell he’s laughing behind that mask. It’s a scary mask, but those beautiful baby blues are too warm and joyful to be really scary.

@Reyne and @Janet – Yea, it’s like Bambi wearing a rabid raccoon mask. haha
I thought the same thing about his eyes being beautiful.
