Alex Lambert at the Getty Museum with his brother Trenton. The photographs were taken the other day by his friend Sebastian James, who will be joining Alex’s new pro band as backup singer when they start playing shows in the very near future.

PLUS! Download an MP3 of Alex’s latest YouTube cover – Jessie J’s brilliant “Price Tag”.

Or watch the video here!

Lastly, some sad news for the Alex Lambert Store. Read Jessica’s message here.

  1. Those are some kewl pics of Alex and his bro. I can’t wait until Alex’s band is put together and is perfoming lots and lots of shows. Hopefully soon. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s too bad that Jessica’s integrity in regards to Alex was questioned (either directly or indirectly).

I hope Alex and his band tour all of the states. I cannot wait for his album. How many times have I said that already? :)

  2. As some may know The Getty is second in endowments, in America, only behind The Met…its an AWESOME museum- Alex knows only the best …Yikes- Trenton has gotten even better looking than last we saw him at the DH…he’s going to get mauled by the Texas gals when he returns…

  3. I love these pics  Alex–>

  4. I love those pics too, nice to see they are doing something other than schlepping around Hollywood, partying and bumming around (altho I am sure they have partaken in those activities too lol  ) …feed those wonderful minds of yours boys…Those are two fine looking guys there!!

  5. Very nice pictures. Yes, Linda, two very fine looking guys.

  6. Very cool. And, yes, I’ll say it for the millionth time — those are some great looking brothers — for sure. If only…LOL!

I see Alex is asking for requests for covers. Anybody else think Alex & Motown would be incredible? That’s what I’m hoping for.

    Absolutely!!

I would love a little Motown….but I get where the kids are coming from (Cecily & Krandel). If Alex does something more current and tags it, he’ll get hits from people just looking for that song. So as much as I would love to see some Motown, I’d also love the video to get lots of views. How about this compromise….he can do one of each. hehehe.

  9. I just realized recently that 2 of the all- time greats are following each other- Kellie Pickler, and Alex…Kellie should have won her season- but went way too soon- she had the most charisma and star quality…just like A…

  10. Unless I misunderstood his tweet (which is entirely possible!), why does he say “this is serious” about the Youtube covers? Why does he need to put cover songs up on Youtube at this stage in his career? And if so, then he needs to better manage things, like making a channel and putting the proper tags on videos. I wish Cecily could tutor him in this, she’s an expert. Maybe Sabby can lend him a hand…

It sounds to me like someone is telling him to do these covers. I know Youtube covers have proven successful (see Bieber, Justin), but they are not as novel as they used to be a few years back. Any thoughts??

  11. @Diane – Viral marketing?

It’s kind of the “in” thing to do these days. Even established artists are covering other established artists. Usually putting their own spin on a popular song.

If Alex can get some buzz going by making a successful viral video, it will help get his name out there.

Oh I did TOTALLY understand something else!! I took “this is serious” to be him assuring us that his request for covers was serious – as in, not kidding – cause of all the times he’s asked us for cover requests or said he’ll do a cover, and then hasn’t done one!

I think he’s putting up covers cause he doesn’t have much time to tweet or connect with us these days… for all the right reasons

ETA… SUPPOSEDLY putting up more covers… serious or not I’m not getting my hopes up for more so soon lol.
